Possibly I've scanned through your (MASSIVE) list too quickly, but I don't see Les Daniels' excellent Don Sebastian novels, or Kim Newman's Anno Dracula series. Also, Brian Stableford's "Empire of Fear" and Lucius Shepard's "The Golden" are worth a look.
